The ACG Process
Step 1

Contact us or let us contact you for expert advice, we make sure that we listen to your needs and give you the highest quality advice on your climate control needs.
Step 2
Free Formal Written Quote
Provide you with an onsite free of charge inspection, where we will carefully analyse your home and discuss your individual requirements or as an alternative you can simply email us your floor plans and we will provide you with a formal written quote.
Step 3
Mutual Agreement
After all details are discussed, we provide you a written quote to formalize the process. If you wish to book the job we will require a 10% deposit to start and your full acceptance of the written quote.
Once the deposit has been paid, we will contact you in order to arrange a suitable day and time that is best for you and we will send out the commercial invoice to formalize the payment of 10%.
Step 4
Full Installation
On the day of installation our team of specialists will be onsite at the agreed date and time, ready to get started. Already informed of the plan, our installation team will commence work immediately.
Our installation team is prepared to answer any of your doubts and questions that you may have regarding the process itself or the handling of the Air Conditioning system, they will also clean up once the job has been completed. We understand that your time is as important as ours and getting the job done efficiently and effectively is essential to us.
Step 5
Final Inspection
The last and final aspect of the process is to balance and commission the system and ensures you are shown the correct use and care by Steven, with all warranties and certificates issued upon the completion of your brand new Air Conditioning system.
